EastWest Connection opened in 2000 and has since come into the capable hands of Japanese Native Chef Takeyasu Nunokawa, who has been serving both classic and contemporary interpretations of Asian dishes with restaurants managed in Tokyo, Japan; Calgary, Canada; New York, New York; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Torrance, Carlsbad, and San Francisco, California; and of recent, Salt Lake City, Utah.
